To start off the new year Billy Delfs and I moved into a new studio at 78th Street Studios. We are now located in the west wing on the second floor, with a big improvement in light, windows, and available space. Stop out on January 20th for our Third Friday Art Walk to scope out our new digs and say hi. We are both looking forward to an awesome 2012! Happy New Year everyone!
Angelo Marendino’s show The Battle We Didn’t Choose has had great success this past month and the opening reception for in photo documentary was very well attended. If you missed it the closing reception is December 16th 5-9pm at 78th Street Studios I hope to see you all there. Here are some links that will tell you more. Congratulations Angelo and Jen, your beauty speaks volumes.
One of the things I enjoy about my job is all the creative people I get to work with and interact with on a daily basis and Jonathan Wayne is no exception, the work he produces is fantastic. A couple weeks ago I helped him install one of his sculptures at Balwin-Wallace College. This show is packed with great art from great artists so get out to see the opening this Friday September 9th, 5-8pm.
